Our HDPE shade sails are fully developed in-house and hand-sewn in Belgium, using premium technical fabrics designed for intensive and permanent outdoor use. Thanks to the open, breathable structure of the HDPE fabric, air and heat can flow freely — so you enjoy pleasant shade without the stuffy feeling of a waterproof sail.
Available in triangle, square and rectangle, in sizes up to 5 x 8 m. Custom sizes are available for larger or non-standard dimensions.
Each sail is made from high-quality HDPE yarn (340 g/m²) — lightweight yet mechanically extremely strong, with triple-reinforced corners, stainless steel 316 corner fittings and an internal steel cable for maximum tension and stability. Wind-resistant up to 80 km/h, with a colour fastness of 8/8 and a 10-year guarantee against discolouration. It also meets the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — completely free of harmful substances.
