The quality of the tent fabric is crucial for the lifespan and performance of your stretch tent. Our stretch tents use high-grade coated polyester fabrics weighing 560 or 740 g/m². These materials offer an excellent balance of strength, flexibility, and abrasion resistance. The heavier the fabric, the better it will withstand intensive use and extreme weather.
Waterproofing
For a custom stretch tent, it is vital that the tent can be used in all weather conditions. Thanks to the PVC coating, our fabrics are completely waterproof, with a water column of more than 8000 mm. This ensures a dry and comfortable shelter, even during prolonged rain.
Extremely strong and wind-resistant
The tensile strength of the material is also important, especially for larger structures or permanent installations. Our fabrics can withstand tensile forces up to 1200 N per 5 cm, and depending on the setup, can resist wind speeds up to 102 km/h (9 Beaufort). This ensures that your custom tent remains firmly in place, even during strong gusts.
UV-resistant and flame-retardant
A tailor-made solution must not only be functional but also safe and durable. Our fabrics block UV radiation, helping them retain their colour and quality even after prolonged sun exposure. Furthermore, they meet M2/B1 flame-retardant standards, making them suitable for professional use, even in locations with stricter safety requirements.
Finish: loops or clamps
With a custom stretch tent, you can decide how the edges are finished. You may choose between:
- Loops: integrated into the fabric’s edge for a fixed and straightforward attachment.
- Clamps: movable anchor points offering flexibility in setup and anchoring.
Both finishing methods are combined with high-frequency welded seams (no stitching) and quadruple-reinforced corners, resulting in an exceptionally strong structure.
Proper anchoring tailored to the ground
Since every location is different, we adapt our solutions to the type of ground: from grass and sand to concrete or fixed mounting points. Depending on your situation, we provide suitable anchoring options such as tent pegs, concrete blocks or chemical anchors.
