Why organisers choose our festival tents

Festival tents have to do more than look good. They have to arrive on time, ride out a storm, go up in minutes, and still carry the feel of your event ten editions from now. That’s what we build them for.

  • Straight from stock, even at short notice

Sold out and suddenly need more capacity? Our own large stock of festival tents means we can deliver at short notice too.

  • Built for festival conditions

Our event tents are designed for heavy use: rain, wind, repeated build-up and tear-down, transport between sites. Professional quality that lasts hundreds of events.

  • Fully brandable in your own style

Print roofs, sidewalls and valances with your festival logo, sponsor logos or stage identity. Full colour, sharp and festival-ready.

  • After-sales that doesn’t leave you stranded

Repair service, spare parts and technical advice – after the sale as well. A torn roof two days before opening? We think along and sort it out.

What we offer

Our festival tents and event tents

Every zone on your site asks for something different. A food stand has different needs than a VIP lounge or a chill-out area. That’s why we work with four types of tent, which you can combine into one coherent look across the site.

Folding tents

The all-rounder on any festival site

Our professional folding tents turn up at every festival: food stands, bars, ticket desks, first aid points, info points and sponsor activations. Two people put them up without tools – and take them down just as quickly afterwards.

Full aluminium frame with a five-year guarantee, fully printable in your festival’s style or your sponsor’s colours. Tell us which zone you’ll use them for and we’ll put the configuration together: size, sidewalls, anchoring and printing.

All available sizes

Twelve sizes from stock, from a small promotional stand to a covered area of 32 m². Square for a single stand, rectangular when you need counter space.

Pagoda tents

The VIP tent at your festival

The pyramid roof of a pagoda tent sets a zone visually apart from the rest of the site. That makes it the obvious choice for VIP areas, artist catering, press rooms and brand activations: it looks instantly more upmarket than a standard folding tent.

Add sidewalls, lighting and a floor and it becomes an enclosed VIP space; leave the walls off and it stays an open lounge. Link several pagoda tents together and you build a full VIP area out of separate modules. Roofs and sidewalls can be printed in full colour.

Stretch tents

The eye-catcher on your festival site

A stretch tent adapts to your site rather than the other way round. Flowing shapes, atmospheric lighting, and it can be rigged around existing trees, between containers or across a change in level. Perfect for chill-out areas, silent discos, smaller stages and food courts.

Every tent is cut and sewn in our own production facility in Belgium, and can be made fully to measure for your zone. Send us the dimensions and photos of the site and we’ll work out a layout.

All available sizes

Twelve standard sizes, from an intimate corner of 32 m² to 300 m² under a single canvas. Every size in Triflexx (560 g/m²) or Hiflexx (740 g/m²), with clamps or with loops.

Sailcloth tents

A tent that glows after dark

A sailcloth tent is made of translucent vinyl stretched over wooden centre poles. By day, daylight filters softly through; by night, the whole roof lights up as soon as you light the tent from within. That makes it the landmark of your site – visible from a distance, and in every photo your visitors share.

At festivals you use it as a main zone: hospitality village, artist catering, main stage lounge or a covered food court. Several tents can be joined into one large continuous area. Passage height 2.44 m, vinyl roof canvas of 440 g/m², flame retardant to B1/M2, and sidewalls with panorama windows included as standard.

All available sizes

Two widths, each in steps of 6 metres in length. So you pick exactly the area your zone needs.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about festival tents

The questions organisers ask us most often – answered straight away.

It depends on the zone. For food stands, bars, ticket desks and info points, a folding tent is the obvious choice: quick up, quick away. For VIP areas, artist catering and brand activations, go for a pagoda tent — it gives the zone an upmarket look straight away. For chill-out areas, silent discos and food courts, a stretch tent works best, because you shape it to fit the site. Most festivals combine all three. Tell us about your site and we'll suggest a layout.
Standard sizes from stock go out quickly, even at short notice. Made-to-measure work and printing take longer, because we produce those in our own facility in Belgium. Always ask for the current lead time for your combination of type, quantity and printing — it depends on the stock available at that moment.
Our tents are built for heavy outdoor use: waterproof roofs, reinforced corners and anchoring for every kind of ground. How much wind a tent can take always depends on the set-up: the type of anchoring, the ground, the size, and whether the sidewalls are open or closed. When a storm is forecast, the rule still applies: open the sidewalls or take the tent down. Ask us for the wind figures for the type you're considering and we'll send you the documentation.
Yes. Roofs, sidewalls and valances can be printed in full colour with your festival logo, sponsor logos or stage identity. You supply your files and we send you a digital proof before production, so you know exactly how it will look.
The pagoda tent. Its pyramid roof sets the zone visually apart from the rest of the site and looks instantly more upmarket than a standard folding tent. Add sidewalls, lighting and a floor and it becomes an enclosed VIP space; leave the walls off and it stays an open lounge. If you want something looser and more relaxed, a stretch tent is the alternative.
Yes. We repair canvas and frames, and supply spare parts. So a tear in a roof or a damaged leg doesn't mean you have to buy a new tent. If you run into a problem just before an event, call us straight away and we'll see what's still possible.
We can. We have our own production facility in Belgium, so we draw, cut and sew made-to-measure work ourselves. A tent that connects to an existing structure, an area around trees, or an unusual shape for your stage: send us the dimensions and photos of the site and we'll work out a proposal.
